Wheelchairs on loan can be borrowed in limited numbers from the first aid station at the NORD 1 entrance. Please reserve a wheelchair in advance. Reservations Are possible from 7.12.2024 - Contact: 0511 89 30030
On the premises, please follow the signs or report to the supervisor.
Disabled toilets are available in each hall.
Barrier-free parking is available at parking decks NORD 2 and NORD 5. Please show your disabled badge to the parking staff on site to be let forward.
If a companion is listed on the disabled pass, please send your request for a free ticket by e-mail to service-hotline@messe.de . To do this, we also need the transaction no. on your invoice or the registration code on your ticket, as well as a copy of your disabled ID.

Yes, you can bring your dog with you. Admission for dogs is free of charge.
Note:
You will need valid proof of a rabies vaccination. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the grounds and in the halls.
Dogs are not allowed in the ARENA grandstands (safety reasons).
Please note:
There is no designated dog leash area. We would like to ask you and would be pleased if the grounds are not contaminated by "dog poo". Please bring dog waste bags for your four-legged friend and dispose of them yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
During the event, the Lost and Found Office will be located at the Hall Inspection in Hall 24.

You can reach the trade fair center (main entrance NORD) from Hannover Hbf (main train station) with the tram lines 8 or 18 in about 18 minutes travel time. You can find more information here
Please note
Only the trade fair entrances NORD1, NORD2 and WEST3 are open. There is no entrance in the immediate vicinity of the Hannover Messe/Laatzen S-Bahn station or the Hannover Messe/Ost U-Bahn station (EXPO Plaza).

The parking fees for a car are EUR 6,-, for a van/motorhome (day parker) EUR 7,- and for a bus EUR 18,-.

Yes, there are charging stations. Details can be found on the GfV page. Here you can see at which trade fairs you can charge your car for 0,39€/kwh plus daily parking fee. And on the homepage under the point arrival and how to get there.
Before arrival, please make sure that your electricity provider cooperates with HUBJECT in order to be able to use your RFID card at the enercity charging stations after connecting your own charging cable.
