This year's theme in Hall 21 is "Enjoying game". Every day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., there will be several cooking shows that will inspire you to cook and provide valuable tips and tricks for your home kitchen. Experts from the kitchen such as NDR chef Rainer Sass, top chefs Oliver Ahlborn, Markus Karstens, Jörg Lange and "the wild butcher" Conrad Baierl as well as Rolf Strohmann from RS-Wild will be there.

Things get wild with the dishes! The program includes: Wild boar saltimbocca with turnip spaghetti, wild fowl á la coq au vin with potato fritters and the "real" hunter's schnitzel. You are invited to listen to the experts from the kitchen on all four days of the fair, be inspired and taste the dishes - completely free of charge, of course.

On Friday and Saturday, Pferd & Jagd invites you to the barn party from 6 pm to 9 pm: Everyone is welcome - whether hunters, riders or just visitors to the fair. On both evenings, Die Jetlags will be performing live on stage. In addition, over 50 restaurateurs will provide culinary highlights and create a food festival feeling. In addition to a photobully and rodeo riding, visitors can prove their marksmanship at the shooting gallery.

By the way: admission to the barn parties is already included in the trade fair ticket! There will be no separate box office. Visitors can enter the exhibition grounds and the barn party via the regular box office entrances by 6 p.m. at the latest.

Pferd & Jagd, December 7 - 10, Hanover Exhibition Center, open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
